SHIPPING POLICY

At Trudeau Medical Supplier, we strive to ship orders the day they are placed, though orders submitted after 3:00 p.m. EST (12:00 p.m. PST) may not ship until the following business day. All orders entered and verified by 3:00 p.m. EST usually ship the same business day. Orders submitted on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next normal business day.

Shipping and sales tax will be added during checkout.

Shipping within the Continental United States:

Most orders are processed through our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt. Choice of Standard, Priority, and Express Delivery is available for most items shipped within the continental United States. Post office boxes and APO/FPO addresses may only be shipped using standard delivery

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:

Delivery to these areas will be shipped via Standard Delivery. If you require faster service to these areas please send an email to [email protected] for the proper shipping and handling costs.

APPAREL RETURN POLICY

Returns/exchanges are only permitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds/exchanges will not be permitted on items returned after 14 days.

Washed or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value.

RETURN DETAILS

Multiple same item refunds will be awarded toward all units returned in original condition (seal intact) and a single sampled unit with broken seal.

In the event that we processed your order incorrectly or an item is damaged in shipment, we will gladly take back that item and immediately ship you a new item. Any difference in purchase price will be credited to your account. Damaged items and incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

To return an item to Trudeau Medical Supplier please contact our customer service team by via email. Please have available your order number. Our customer service representative will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to return the item(s).

For your protection, please send all returns via Federal Express or UPS, and please insure your shipment for the full cost of the returned item(s).

Send us a mail stating your problem at [email protected] we will get you sorted out as soon as we receive your mail.

Do you return delivery charges if I return an equipment/equipments?

Yes, if a product can not be replaced and there’s need for refund, all amount charged including delivery fees would be returned.
